Taking a multi vitamin does not mean you can eat crap for the rest of the day and still get all of your essential vitamins & minerals.
The idea of taking supplements is to SUPPLEMENT your diet. Just like the idea of a side hustle is to supplement your income. People don’t start a side hustle and then quit their full time job. The two combined gives them what they need. .

Fruits and veggies are not as nutritious as they were years ago due to a number of modern farming practices. By taking QUALITY supplements and combining it with REAL food. You are giving your body what it needs 💪🏼💪🏼 .

Supplements I take daily are based on my own individual health and diet. These include Advanced B Complex by AOR, CoQ10, K2 by Natural Factors and Omega -3 EPH + DHA with vitamin D by @nutraseaquebec .

I also love sprinkling nutritional yeast on everything I cook to give me B12 (great if you are vegan or vegetarian) & hemp seeds for added protein!

Wash that all down with a shot of Maca!

My own rendition of @minimalistbaker -black bean & sweet potato burger.
Added greens, nutritional yeast, avocado, buffalo sauce & ranch to really get the party started. 🍷

Side note: I’ve been on the veggie burger train for over 20 years now and I have yet to find a recipe that the burgers don’t fall apart. If you have a magic recipe please send it my way!
